These terms govern your use of offshorecrew.net and the staffing services we provide. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Offshore Crew is a specialist technology staffing agency. We introduce vetted remote professionals to client businesses, primarily agencies in the United States. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Offshore Crew; “you” means the person or organization using the site.
2. What this site is
This site describes our services and lets you contact us through three forms: a request for candidates, a candidate application, and a general inquiry. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, a guarantee of placement, or a binding quotation. Role listings are indicative and may be filled or withdrawn at any time.
3. Using the site
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no automated scraping of listings or contact details, no submitting false information or another person’s details without their permission, and no uploading anything containing malicious code.
4. What you submit
You confirm that the information you give us is accurate, and that you have the right to share it. If you upload a CV, you confirm it is yours or that you have permission to send it. You keep ownership of what you submit; you give us permission to store it and to share it with prospective employers for the purpose of finding you work, or with candidates for the purpose of filling your role.
5. Engagements between clients and candidates
Where we introduce a candidate to a client, the commercial terms of that engagement — fees, rates, notice, and the contract itself — are agreed separately in writing. Those written terms take precedence over anything on this site. We are not the employer of record for placed candidates unless a separate agreement says so.
6. No guarantees
We work hard to represent people and roles accurately, but we do not guarantee that any candidate will be suitable, that any role will be filled, or that any engagement will continue for a particular period. Screening reduces risk; it does not eliminate it. Clients remain responsible for their own hiring decisions, right-to-work checks, and compliance with the employment law that applies to them.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including role listings, without notice.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Intellectual property
The Offshore Crew name, logo, site design and copy belong to us. You may not reproduce them without permission. Role descriptions may be shared for the purpose of applying to them.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
